General Return Policy

Different construction materials require different handling. Please review the relevant product guidelines before initiating a return.
TMT Bars
Must be returned in original bundles, fully unopened and undamaged.
Cement
- Only accepted in sealed, original bags.
- Torn, wet, or opened bags are not eligible.
Paints
Must be unopened and in factory-sealed containers.
Tiles
- Must be returned in original packaging.
- Boxes must contain undamaged tiles only.
Non-ReturnableItems
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Custom-ordered or made-to-order materials.
Products that have been used, installed, or altered.
Clearance, discounted, or final-sale items.
Items damaged due to improper storage, mishandling, moisture exposure, or site conditions.
Opened packaging of cement, paint, or chemical-based materials.
Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
Refund Time
Refund time is 5–7 business days after approval.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Pahari Home Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
